Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys -

A refurbishment survey should be undertaken before any kind of refurbishment works take place in a property. This survey is more intrusive and locates all asbestos-containing-materials that will be affected by the specific refurbishment.

Asbestos Demolition Surveys - 

As the name suggests, these surveys are for properties that are to be fully or partially demolished. These surveys are destructive, and locate every present asbestos-containing-material within a building.

Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys -

A re-inspection survey is recommended for any properties where ongoing asbestos management is required. These surveys involve periodic inspections of identified asbestos-containing-materials to monitor their condition and make any recommendations.

Asbestos Sampling And Sample Analysis -

Asbestos sampling is appropriate where a full survey isn't required, and involves attending site, taking any physical samples, and analysis at a UKAS accredited laboratory.
